Expanded metal shall be of the following types, classes, and grades, as specified:
Type IStandard Expanded Metals – sheet size 6′ x 8′ unless otherwise specified.
Type IIFlattened Expanded Metals – sheet size 4′ x 8′ unless otherwise specified.
Class 1Uncoated mill finish.
Class 2Hot dip zinc (galvanized) coated.
Grade A0.0025 inch minimum coating thickness.
Grade B0.0012 inch minimum coating thickness.
